Foundation Primary, Intermediate and Middle Schools Celebrate Moving Up Ceremonies

Check out our Primary School Kindergarteners “crossing the bridge” to first grade!

Foundation Collegiate Academy wasn’t the only school celebrating students’ major milestones this June! Our Primary, Intermediate and Middle Schools each celebrated those scholars transitioning into their new schools within Foundation Academies.

At the end of each school year, Primary School kindergarteners and second graders, Intermediate School fifth graders, and Middle School eighth graders each participate in their own special ceremonies.

Primary and Intermediate Schools hold “Moving Up” ceremonies, where family is invited to attend as students receive recognition with certificates, awards, and medals from their teachers celebrating their academic and personal achievements.

Primary School kindergarteners “cross the bridge” to first grade, while our second graders receive and ceremoniously don their brand new gray Intermediate School uniform shirts.

Our second graders celebrate the end of their year and get ready for third grade at Intermediate School!

Our Middle School eighth graders and family gather at Trenton’s War Memorial to celebrate the culmination of their eighth grade year, while also pledging to recommit to their education through high school and beyond.

We believe in the power of celebrating student achievement, as well as encouraging our scholars to clearly set and state their intention to pursue their educational goals. We just know these scholars are headed for a great new school year!
