New COFO Brings Finance, Real Estate Expertise

Please join us in welcoming Andre' Moore as Foundation Academies’ first Chief Operating and Financial Officer.

Prior to joining FA, Mr. Moore served as Director of Finance, Real Estate and Treasury at Uncommon Schools, Inc. He is a Howard University graduate who also worked in the finance sector, as Vice President of Treasury Capital & Liquidity for JPMorgan Chase Inc., and in leadership roles within the Morgan Stanley finance team. He is skilled in Funding, Treasury Management, Derivatives, Financial Analysis, and Finance.

Mr. Moore holds a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential and is a member of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He also has been instrumental in creating diversity retention programs across the banking industry. 

As COFO, Mr. Moore is responsible for organizational sustainability—including financial health, student retention and family satisfaction, employee morale, expansion, and market positioning. 

Mr. Moore, of Lopatcong, said he is eager to learn more about FA culture and "build deep relationships with the community" as he designs a business plan that will position FA for growth.

"I joined Foundation Academies because I believe in our unique and holistic approach to learning," Mr. Moore said. "Our ability to nurture the talents, ambition and purpose of each student gives them the education, skills and confidence to conquer the world."  

Mr. Moore will be an integral member of the FA Executive Team, including the CEO, Chief Talent Officer Dr. Shanesia Davis, Chief Academic Officer Natasia Cooper and Senior Director of Marketing and Communications Michelle Ruess.
