Elevating parent voices is one of the New Jersey Public Charter School Association’s (NJPCSA) top priorities. The NJPCSA is excited to announce the Parent Ambassador Program, which includes training to help parents advocate for their children and public charter schools. 

Program Goal: To Understand What NJ Public Charter Schools Are and The Context in Which They Operate in Order to Become a Stronger Advocate for Your Children

Topics include: 

  • Charters 101 and overview of the political environment (April 6)
  • Messaging that works (April 27)
  • Telling your charter school story (May 25)
  • Engaging with lawmakers (June)
  • Celebrating the new school year
